Binge Eating Disorder Diary

My Binge Eating Disorder Diaries

Binge eating disorder diary and log of my recovery from binge eating disorder by Miss  P a client of NLP trainer, hypnotherapist and binge eating disorders expert Debbie Williams from Birmingham, West Midlands.

As an individual recovering from binge eating disorder I know the distress and dysfunction relapses can cause. This month I found myself relapsing but not at the usual time of the month but sporadically!!!

The realisation that my hormones are not to blame was hard to accept at first; however my therapist has taught me to see this as feedback not failure. With the real question being: What do I need to learn to move on?

Binge Eating Disorder Question To Aid Recovery

So what must I learn to move on?

The key to beating this disorder seems to be consistent and persistent planning. To get back on track I must do the things that work. For me this includes completing my eating plan for the week; listening to NLP/hypnosis recordings; completing the progress checklist; discussion and reflection with my therapist.

The self help hypnotherapy recordings I listen to regularly at home are;

Stop Binge Eating

Lean For Life

Stop Overeating

Binge Eating Disorder Moving On

In short, rather than looking to blame something or someone for my binge eating disorder it is far more productive to learn from it and move on.

I know that I am in a much better place overall, than I was three months ago and changing firmly embedded bad habits, like binge eating for over fifteen years, could take up to six months or longer to correct.

Binge Eating Disorder I’ve Spent A Fortune

I have spent a fortune and tried every treatment program out there for binge eating disorder from medications, acupuncture, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy.

All of which failed to work for me and just as I was about to give up all together I came across NLP/Hypnosis. In my case I was treated by Debbie Williams a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner from Birmingham.

Working with Debbie Williams is like working with a female Paul McKenna. Debbie’s personalised program of NLP/Hypnosis has benefited me immeasurably.

The hypnotherapy and NLP Debbie excellently uses has provided me with support, Her way is unique and proven not just with clients for binge eating disorder who’ve come before me but originally with her own binge eating disorder and bulimia which she cured herself.

Binge Eating Disorder Planning For Success

Ive learned to plan my time; planning my meals; incorporating exercise into day; to stop procrastination; improve organisation; increase confidence; boost self esteem.

I have used Debbie’s self help hypnosis recordings to tackle a combination of interrelated factors. Trust me when I say this combination approach which entails reading, writing and listening is the way to go. I can now cope with my binge eating disorder, gone are the dark days of misery and despair and the episodes of binge eating are getting less and less.

Change is happening and I know that I am not far from mastering the new strategies to beat binge eating disorder for good and live the life I dream. If you would like to learn more about the treatment program that has helped me please contact Debbie Williams on
